Knights Notes A heavy downpour Saturday, Oct. 25, postponed the Oil City game until Monday...That game was stopped with 2:24 to play due to fighting...Jeff Baughman had two interceptions against the Oilers, and sophomore Tim Carson made two in the finale against Tech, giving him five on the season... Adams scored six TDs on the season, five on pass receptions...Baughman threw three and Dave Powell tossed the other two...Adams'  longest TD was a 51-yard pass from Baughman in the Hickory game...Powell threw a 43-yard pass to Mark Marshall to set up the other TD in that game, a 9-yard run by John Carson...Baughman passed for 179 yards and Adams caught seven balls for 159 yards against Warren...Adams also returned a fumble 66 yards to the Reynolds 17, but the drive stalled with Joe Napadano picked off a pass in the end zone... Baughman kicked a 36-yard field goal against Warren. He converted 12 of 15 extra points the last two years... Grove City's Gary Mariacher had a big game against the Knights, scoring tree TDs on runs of 65, 7 and 44 yards, rushing for 180 yards on 20 carries and catching three passes for 32 yards...
