Joe Fonzo scored all three touchdowns for the Nursery, one on
a pass from Jimmy Harris against Greenville...Fonzo's 1-yard run on fourth down in the third quarter gave the Nursery its tie with Titusville, which scored in the last quarter...Steve "Porky" Marchnibroda was the Nursery's heaviest player in the
backfield at 150 pounds...One of Warren's TD's came on a 35-yard punt return...Fonzo and Clair Ballard each had at least two interceptions...Wayne Scannell, Fonzo and Ballard all had picks against Warren...An overflow crowd of 8,000 at muddy Miller-Sibley watched the Franklin-Oil City game....
